The LifeLine Elder Care at Home Program sends teams of medical professionals in ambulances out to persons residing in their homes for safety well-being checks or medical assessments as dictated by the patient’s family or physician. These visitations vary both in time and frequency based upon the needs of the clients or the instructions made by their families.

This program is ideal for those individuals whose loved ones live a distance away, making frequent family visits difficult and almost impossible with out detailed prior planning.

This home visitation may include items such as simply bringing coffee and newspapers, making sure clients have taken their daily medications, blood pressure and vital sign checks, EKG’s, lung sounds or other medical assessment
needs. Our medical staff will check to make sure the clients are safe, comfortable, clean, dressed and
have adequate food, medications and other supplies.

Depending on the individual’s care plan, our staff will provide feedback to the family via phone, e-mail or
fax. We are also able to provide feedback to the patients’ physicians or other contacts if directed.

LifeLine Ambulance Service, in partnership with Be Safer at Home™, will provide you or your loved one with personal emergency response service (PERS). Our service allows the subscriber to summon help in an emergency by the press of a Help Button. Our monitoring staff (response center) will contact your local emergency service or family when you activate the service. This service has helped many elders remain living safely and independently in their homes.

One of our medically trained staff will install the service in your home and train you on how to use the service in the event you fall or become ill. It has brought peace of mind to many of our subscribers knowing they will be able to summon help quickly by the press of a button 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day.
