Brian J. Connor is LifeLine’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Brian is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company.
Brian has been employed in the ambulance industry for more than 29 years. Having begun as an EMT working on an ambulance in 1980, he has served in various leadership and senior management positions for the last 26 years.
Brian is also currently, and has served as President for the Massachusetts Ambulance Association for the past 10 years. Through his direction and leadership, the MAA has become one of the most active State Ambulance Associations in the nation. As president, Brian serves on many local and state EMS committees and advisory boards. He has presented testimony locally to the Massachusetts Legislature as well as to the Congressional Committee of the United States Congress on the implementation and effects of the Balanced Budget Act and Medicare Ambulance Fee Schedule. He has also pioneered and presented testimony to the Centers for Medicare Services in Baltimore on the subject of ambulance necessity for dialysis patient transfers.
Brian is a graduate of Northeastern University and earned his Masters of Science Degree in Health Care Management from Lesley University. |

Jon Kulis is LifeLine’s Chief Operating Officer. Jon is responsible for
directing the company’s overall day to day operations including Communications, Billing
and Field Supervision.
Jon began his career in EMS in 1992 working as a chair car driver. Following his graduation from EMT school, Jon worked on an ambulance as an EMT. Jon has worked in many leadership roles and senior management positions including Operations, Billing and Information Technology throughout his 18 years working in the ambulance industry.
Jon is currently a certified Instructor for the APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officials) Emergency Medical Dispatch Program as well as a CPR Instructor for the American Heart Association.

Jenafer is responsible for ensuring that our patient care services are to the highest standards possible. She coordinates and directs our Patient Advocacy Program for those individuals that we transport regularly for renal dialysis and radiation therapy making sure their needs are met and they feel part of the LifeLine family! She helps coordinate any other patient needs through the various community service programs, state agencies or through any other services available to those who are sick, senior citizens or other persons in need of care.
Jenafer also serves as the Liaison to LifeLine’s various hospital and tertiary care facilities. She continues to communicate the LifeLine services’ available to them and helps facilitate their needs.
Jenafer has been in the ambulance industry for more than 14 years working at various services. In addition, she had been employed in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years, the past 9 of which she had owned and operated her own fitness center.
Jenafer is a Certified EMT and a graduate of Northeastern University.

Michael McPherson is LifeLine’s Vice President of Administration & Finance. Michael
is responsible for the day-to-day administration and fiscal management needs of the
company.
Michael began his career in EMS working as a chair car driver. Following his
graduating from EMT school, Michael worked on the ambulance as an EMT. Michael
had served in many leadership roles and senior management positions including human
resources and finance throughout his 18 years working in the ambulance industry.
Michael is a graduate of Bentley College with a Bachelors degree in Business
Management.

Ted White is LifeLine’s Vice President of Clinical & Quality Assurance. Ted is
responsible for overseeing the medical care as practiced by our field staff and our
Medical Training Division.
Ted began his career as an EMT in 1994. He graduated from the Massachusetts Bay
Community College Paramedic program in 1997 and worked in the field for many years. Aside from his field experience, he has worked in various leadership and senior
management roles all pertaining to clinical practices and quality assurance.
Ted is a certified American Heart Association Instructor for CPR, ACLS and PALS.
Ted received his education at Salem State College.

Brian O’Connor is LifeLine’s Vice President of Business Development. Brian is responsible for building a team of marketing professionals focused on acquiring new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. By developing new strategies, Brian and his team seek to expand the company’s portfolio of customers and clients across the many services provided by LifeLine.
Brian is involved with several hospital-based, long-term care-based and community-based outreach programs and networking committees committed to improving the services and overall quality of life to seniors and elders living in our communities.
In addition to Brian’s role in developing new business, he is also responsible for company-wide marketing, public relations, community outreach and special project coordination.
Brian has over 20 years experience working in various leadership and clinical positions in EMS.

Robert J. Roderick is LifeLine’s Vice President of Business Development – Southeastern Massachusetts. Robert is focused on expanding our current operations, acquiring new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Robert is involved with several task forces and committees committed to improving the overall quality of Emergency Medical Services in our Commonwealth. Robert is a certified NASCAR extrication specialist and instructor. In addition Robert is an AHA CPR and First Aid Instructor.
Robert has over 28 years experience in the ambulance industry and has held management positions in the ambulance industry for the past 16 years.
