The Beginning…
LifeLine Ambulance Service, LLC, is revolutionizing the ambulance industry in Eastern
Massachusetts! LifeLine was charted with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – Secretary of State
on April 25, 2006. The company was founded by Brian J. Connor, former Chief Executive Officer and
29 year veteran employee in the ambulance industry.
Our corporate office is located at 11 State St. Woburn, MA. We now operate out of 11 satellite
office locations located in Arlington, Brighton, Concord, Framingham, Milford, , Needham, Norwood, Peabody and Woburn in Mass. as well as in New Hamshire in Concord and Merrimack.
The company intends to open three additional satellite offices over the next 18 months.. Through these combined locations, we intend on providing emergency and
non-emergency Advanced Life Support (transport and non-transport service); emergency and
non-emergency Basic Life Support, Chair Car and Limousine Transportation as well as many other
healthcare related services.
As you will see from our management team, we have not just begun in the ambulance industry;
together, we have over 100 years of senior management experience in the EMS field!
Our mission is to operate a first class multi-faceted healthcare solution service! Our management
style is based upon fair, honest and respectful leadership whereby the employees input and
participation in various decision making processes are not only welcomed but encouraged.
The direction of LifeLine is in the hands of our senior management team, however, the success of
LifeLine will be in the hands of its employees!
