Our Operations Center is staffed and operational 24 hours / 7 days per week / 365 days per year. This center is equipped with the latest in computer hardware and software technology. Our ZOLL Computer Aided Dispatch System; Nortel Phone System and Zetron Radio Systems operate through three computer servers, power back up systems and phone recording devices that allow us the comfort of continued and efficient operations.

All our dispatchers are trained and certified at the EMT-D level under the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Program. This level of certification enhances the skills and knowledge of the dispatch staff to handle the various incoming requests for services and dispatch the appropriate resources to the scene or facility.

In addition to being committed to the APCO program for our staff, LifeLine is one of two APCO training Centers in Massachusetts. We frequently offer dispatch training courses to the various public safety and private EMS agencies.
